After making and eating these oats for breakfast I’m a convert, plus they are absolutely loaded with so much fiber that tower over other breakfast choices like the quick piece of toast and conventional cereals.  Plus they will definitely get you moving in the bathroom department.

Ingredient Notes

Oats – I used rolled oats for this recipe and work better than the quick oats. (finer cut).  My preference is actually organic oats in general as they seem a lot creamier.

Chia Seeds – any colour, black or white chia seeds are perfect. They turn this breakky into a pudding like mixture which is very yumm and super nutritious too.
