Easy 5 Ingredient Overnight Oats

Equipment

  • Jar or container with lid

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 130 mls almond milk

OPTIONAL

  • ¼ cup blueberries fresh or frozen

Instructions

  • Pop all the ingredients into a jar with a screw top lid.
  • Mix together well and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Serve the following day topped with fruit, maple syrup or whatever you like.

Notes

If you like a warm oatmeal pop into the microwave for a 20 seconds at a time until you get the desired temperature. 
STORAGE: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
