Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 130 mls almond milk

OPTIONAL

  • ¼ cup blueberries fresh or frozen

Instructions

  1. Pop all the ingredients into a jar with a screw top lid.

  2. Mix together well and place in the refrigerator overnight.

  3. Serve the following day topped with fruit, maple syrup or whatever you like.

Recipe Notes

If you like a warm oatmeal pop into the microwave for a 20 seconds at a time until you get the desired temperature. 

STORAGE: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
