  • High Powered Blender or food processor

Ingredients

  • 2 cup blueberries frozen
  • 2 cup bananas frozen

Instructions

  • Place the frozen blueberries and banana pieces into the blender and blitz till smooth and creamy
  • Serve immediately or place in an airtight container until ready to use.

Notes

To Serve.  Plate up straight after making the blueberry sorbet.  It's super creamy.
If frozen: Take out of the freezer at least 5 minutes before you want to plate to ensure it's at it's absolute yummy best.
