An all time tangy and sweet dressing that's a favourite with everyone.

Ingredients

  • 2 tab honey runny honey will mix easier
  • 4 tab light olive oil
  • 2 tabs whole grain mustard
  • 1 tab white wine vinegar
  • 1 tab lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 1-2 tabs water to thin if necessary

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a screw top jar and shake till combined. Alternatively pop everything into a small bowl and whisk till mixed together.

  2. Serve ASAP or store in the fridge for up to a week in an airtight container. * see note

Recipe Notes

*Sometimes the Homemade Honey Mustard Dressing can solidify in the fridge.  Take out of the fridge 15 minutes before serving and shake well.

* When storing to use at a later date It's a great idea to label the jar with the date when it was made before popping into the fridge.
