Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 40 ml balsamic vinegar around 2 tablespoons
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ½ tbsp whole grain mustard
  • pinch salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Combine all the above ingredients into a clean glass jar, top with lid and shake till combined.

  2. Serve on your favorite green or any salad and vegetables.
