A super tasty sweet, spicy and slightly smokie rub which is ideal for pork or chicken.

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a spoon or fork until all of the spices are mixed in and any lumps are broken up.
Apply the rub at least 1-2 hours prior to cooking for maximum flavour making sure to rub it well into every nook and cranny.
