4 Ingredient Chia Pudding
Easy to make pudding for a delicious breakfast or night time dessert.

- 2 cup almond milk or milk of your choice - oat, soy
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 tabs maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Place 2 cups of milk into a mixing jug.
Add half a cup of chia seeds, vanilla and maple syrup and mix well.
Allow to stand for 5 minutes till slightly thickened.
Then pour into container of your choice and pop into the fridge.
Allow to thicken for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Spoon out the pudding as needed and top with fruit of your choice.
