4 Ingredient Chia Pudding

Easy to make pudding for a delicious breakfast or night time dessert.

Equipment

  • Glass jar Or container of your choice
  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons
  • Spoon for stiring
  • mixing jug

Ingredients

  • 2 cup almond milk or milk of your choice - oat, soy
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tabs maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place 2 cups of milk into a mixing jug.
  • Add half a cup of chia seeds, vanilla and maple syrup and mix well.
  • Allow to stand for 5 minutes till slightly thickened.
  • Then pour into container of your choice and pop into the fridge.
  • Allow to thicken for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Spoon out the pudding as needed and top with fruit of your choice.
