  • measuring spoons

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Cumin ground
  • 1 tbsp Onion flakes
  • 1 tbsp Marjoram
  • 1/4 teasp peppercorns
  • 1 teasp salt
  • 1/4 teasp Chilli powder
  • 1 teasp Sugar

Instructions

  • Blitz in a spice blender till fine. If using a thermomix mill for 30 seconds on speed 9

Notes

Feel free to alter the chilli amount if you prefer it a tad hotter.
