Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 3 tabs olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp onion flakes

  • Into a bowl pop in the wedges, olive oil and spices.
  • Mix thoroughly till coated really well.
  • Pop wedges into the air fryer basket making sure they aren't overlapping and have space for the air to circulate around evenly.
  • Cook at 200 degrees celcius for 10 minutes. Check and if needed cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve with chili sauce, sour cream, tomato sauce or fave dipping sauce.

Notes

  • To cut wedges - Cut the potato in half, lengthwise.
Place each half cut side down and cut into four wedges. The number of wedges you can make from a potato varies depending on its size.
For this recipe we've cut each of the potatoes into 6 wedges.
Try to cut the wedges into roughly equal sizes. This helps to make sure that they all cook evenly.
