Instructions

DRESSING INSTRUCTIONS
Into a food processor or blender add all the liquid ingredients - olive oil, lime juice, honey, Greek yoghurt and vinegar.
Then add the rest of the ingredients on top.
Blitz till the dressing becomes lovely and green. If the dressing is too thick add a little water if necessary and blend again.
Pour over your salad ingredients and serve. *note
Notes
Add a little water to thin out the dressing if needed though a thick dressing makes this Green Goddess Salad so luxurious.
If you would like to serve this salad at a later time, leave off the dressing until ready to serve.
