These Easy No-Bake Coconut Chocolate Bars made with just 3 simple ingredients. Chewy coconut, creamy yoghurt and a delicious chocolate coating make the perfect sweet treat.
Line a loaf tin 20 x 10 cm (8 x 10 inches) with parchment paper and set aside. Use enough paper to make it easy to take the filling out of the tin when it is set.
Mix the desicated coconut with the coconut yoghurt and place into prepared tin and smooth right to the edges. Have the depth to around 2-3 cm to make a nice sized bar or square. Pop into the freezer for around half to 1 hour or when it's firm and hard set.
When set cut into the desired sizes with a sharp knife and keep cold until you are ready to chocolate dip them. Place them onto a tray lined with parchment paper ready to go.
Add the melting chocolate and coconut oil to a double boiler. Gently melt over a low simmer, stirring occasionally, until smooth and silky. (or melt in the microwave with a heat proof bowl in 20 second burts)
Dip the bars into melted chocloate, pop back onto tray and place into the refridgerator until set.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container until ready to eat.
