Ingredients

  • 400 gm sweet potato
  • ½ cup finely grated fresh parmesan
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius or 350 Fahrenheit.

  2. Peel the sweet potato and slice thinly. If you have a food processor this will make the process super easy.

  3. Soak the chips in water for half and hour, strain and dry between two tea towels. (You can omit this step if you are running short on time).

  4. Pop into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and toss.

  5. Transfer onto a sheet tray covered with parchment paper and sprinkle with salt.

  6. Bake for Bake for 15 minutes then rotate then flip the chips. Bake another 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with finely grated parmesan and cook for another 10 minutes or until you like the look and crispiness of the chips.

  7. If you love them super salty sprinkle with some more salt.
