Quick and easy Crunchy Tortilla crisps with only 3 ingredients
Stack 3 tortillas together and cut into halves and then cut each half into 3 triangles and then doing the same to the other half of the tortilla stack.
Pop into the drawer of the air fryer being sure to leave enough room around the triangles so they crisp up lovely.
Set for 3 minutes on 200 degrees Celcius. Turn and cook for another 3 minutes and allow to cool on a wire rack.
Drizzle with olive oil to coat the triangles. Sprinkle with a little salt.
Eat with your favourite dip, salsa, humus or Greek Goddess Salad.
To store your tortillas pop into an air tight container and into your pantry. They should be crunchy for another 4 days. (that's if you have any leftovers!)
