These energy, protean bites are quick and easy to make with a lovely banana flavour. With the addition of maple syrup these Bananas Oat Bites can be made sweeter to suit your taste. Omit the maple syrup if you like. Try the recipe after combining all the ingredients to see if you need to add more or less maple syrup.
Then do the pecans separately, then the dates till soft and pliable and lastly mash the banana.
Place back into the food processor with the almond butter, cinnamon, maple syrup, protein powder and mashed banana.
These protein bliss balls may not set hard, but will be firm enough to hold their shape well.
Store in refrigerator in an air tight container.
